What Does a Typical Timeline Look Like?

PHASE 1: Audit and Planning (typically 30 days)

We’re going to look at your existing (if any) accounts for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio. We will also review your current reporting plan, structure, and results.

PHASE 2: Systems Build-out and testing (typically 30 days)

We’re going to look at your existing (if any) accounts for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio. We will also review your current reporting plan, structure, and results.

PHASE 3: Reporting, Forecasting, and Optimization (typically 30 days)

By the end of Phase 3, you will have a fully functional Measurement Management system. Including interactive dashboards customized to your measurement plan and designed to give you the answers you need to make more profitable marketing decisions.

PHASE 4: Ongoing Measurement Management (Optional)

Once Phase 3 is completed you will have the option to manage your system on your own. Or, you can choose our ongoing Measurement Management package. This package is best suited for you if you want our team to manage your numbers while you focus on growing your business.
